Międzynarodowy Konkurs Animowanych Seriali dołączył do MFFA Animator w 2021 roku. To jedyny konkurs, który ma dwie kategorie wiekowe – dla dzieci oraz dla młodzieży i dorosłych. Dodatkowo filmy konkursowe wybierane są przez dwie grupy selekcyjne. Najpierw selekcjonerzy_rki wybierają filmy w dwóch kategoriach, a następnie oddają kategorię dziecięcą w ręce młodej widowni. To ona decyduje, które filmy wchodzą do oficjalnej selekcji konkursowej. Zwycięzców spośród autorów i autorek seriali dla młodszej widowni wybiera Jury Dziecięce.

INTERNATIONAL ANIMATED SERIES COMPETITION
Screening for youth and adults – SET 2
 
The International Animated Series Competition was introduced to Animator IAFF in 2021. It’s the only competition with two age categories – for children, and for teens and adults. Additionally, competition films are selected by two separate groups. First, the curators select films in both categories. Then, the children’s category is handed over to the young audience, who decide which films enter the official competition lineup. The winners in the children’s category are chosen by the Children’s Jury.
